Not a bad little gym and it is the only gym in Southampton but some of their weight machines are quite old. The cardio machines are usually in use - even if I arrive at 6am the machine I want to use is usually occupied.

Small location with no a lot of different machines, but it's easy to fit in a whole workout without waiting for the machines they do have which is nice
