I came here for the first time with a mindbody app deal. Though there was an issue with parking and arrival, they honored my credit for the class. Service to the client is great. Staff at front desk is very welcoming and nice. The classes are challenging but more of a ‘workout’ than other Pilates classes I’ve taken elsewhere. The classes are more of like interval training plus Pilates. I haven’t been to a beginning class yet so I don’t know about the challenge level for that one. The environment is trendy and welcoming. The teachers are nice and offer modifications. Sometimes the music is rap, sometimes pop. Beware: there is no ‘clean version’ of the songs. Parking is street parking. I usually go to mid-day classes and I usually find parking a couple blocks away. They offer A LOT of classes. Again, the regular classes are more like interval training with Pilates mixed in. I live in another area of LA so it’s hard for me to get down to Carrie’s often. I’d go again if I was in the area and the class was mid-day.
I just love Carrie's pilates. The ambiance and vibe are fantastic, not to mention the instructors! I started off with two beginning classes to see if I would like pilates at Carrie's and I won't lie it was tough, but I just have been hooked ever since. It is so worth the $. I feel strong and almost all of my back and hip pain have gone away. I suggest anyone who might have doubts to just give it a try--You have nothing to lose!!
The best instructors! The studio is so clean and beautiful. The classes are intense on the reformer, but your body will see the results. I’ve been going to the studio for many years and it’s always consistent. Feels like family here!
Sending a MASSIVE shoutout to Carrie’s Pilates in West Hollywood! Thank you ladies for the most optimal workout that I’ve been in need of for a very long time now. Never in a million years would I have imagined understanding terms such as Pilates Stance, Plantar Flexion etc.. I lost count of how many sessions I’ve signed up for in the past 3 months at least 20 and I would not have been able to comfortably complete a single session without the kindness of every trainer at Carrie’s. Carrie’s is an amazing studio. The instructors are absolutely great and make sure your posture is correct and that you’re doing the exercise right. The studio is so cute and aesthetically pleasing. Always clean and the staff is incredibly kind!
This is by far the best pilates studio in LA. The studio is so pretty, has a nice view over West Hollywood, the instructors are so attentive and motivated. The classes are challenging but beginners friendly. I’ve been coming here for the last two years and absolutely love it
I absolutely love Carrie’s Pilates! I was looking for a fun, challenging, and rewarding studio and I’m so happy I found it. The studio itself is beautiful and as fabulous as the owner Carrie Minter. They have the best ambiance, instructors and staff. This place has become my second home and I’m really happy with the way my body and mental health feel ever since I committed to staying consistent. I started going to Carrie’s after the pandemic and it’s amazing! I’ve seen better results taking 1 class a week at Carrie’s then I did going to the gym 3-4 times a week. All the instructors are amazing but I love going to Charity, Alyssa, and Heather’s classes!!
Love going here! The instructors are super energetic and helpful, and the front desk staff are so sweet. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking to switch up your workout routine!
Not your grandma’s Pilates. Very challenging. Good classes. I think it’s VERY expensive but good for a drop in for sure or if you can afford the $299/month to go once a day then great - you’re locked in at 6 months for that rate. Good location.
