Left a dress here with a male employee with my phone number to be fixed. Came back after they said it would be ready and it was never touched because the female employee said it couldn’t be repaired. No phone call warning; no apology. Nothing but a complete waste of time. Horrible customer service.

Magnificent. This profession has been running in the family for 40 years. They know exactly what they are doing and if you are going there to waste time of course they will get annoyed. It’s as simple. Anyways, their work is great..it’s so great this company alters famous NBA player Derek Fisher. Named best in the #905 area!

Very honest and polite man who helped me. Fixed a little part on my zipper of my jacket for 15$ when sketchleys on the other side of the mall had quoted me $80 To replace the whole entire zipper. Will definitely bring my things here for alterations.
