Best place to workout for ladies in a very reasonable price. I simply love this gym. It changed me completely, I think everyone should try it once and with in a week you will see the results. New Halloween theme is great!

Great atmosphere. The equipments are well maintained. It's not crowded most of the time. Good sanitation protocol. They have shower and lockers too

I have been a member of this club for over ten years since Just Ladies Fitness days. Although the club hours can be inconvenient, staff are always friendly and helpful. The classes are great and engaging. This location has a lot of dedicated and loyal members which makes coming to the gym that much more enjoyable! Cheers!
