Always super helpful, continue to bank here even after moving away

If your looking for good and honest bankers and lenders, do yourself a favor and go anywhere but First state bank. Don't trust them with your money, since banking with them I've had repeated bank errors here hundreds of dollars from my paychecks would disappear. Only after long disputes did I ever get my lost money back.

I had my mortgae with this bank for about 5 years. Every single time I contacted them for any issue, they were rude. Especially one person by name Corrie who replies to the internet secured message ( from IT I believe). However, they reply to you promptly but if it is of no help, then your bad luck.
