Do not do business with this bank. I was told two months ago by Kelly Miller that he could help me out with refinancing my daughter's car if I could pay off the difference of what is owed on it and what it is worth. I called today to set up an appointment to do this and was told by McKenzie that I did not qualify for the loan. Kelly Miller outright lied to me two months ago and is now telling me he never said that. I know for a fact he did say that because I asked him straight forward if he was sure he could help and he said yes. He is just trying to cover his butt because I reported this to his supervisor and this is no way to treat a customer.

Very friendly employees. Went in with an expectation of just getting loan rates and ended up refinancing a loan with Highmark. Sherry R. is amazing and makes the whole loan process painless. Hope to do more business in the future. I'm glad I didn't listen to the reviews. Thank you Sherry!

They mailed out debit cards to us. We did not receive them. In order to get new ones mailed out, they are going to charge us $10 to replace them. We requested this fee be waived since we've banked with them for 30+ years. They said that because they mailed them out, it doesn't matter if we received them or not, we'd have to pay the fee to get them reissued. It's very unfortunate that long time customers are not treated with more respect and given a 1 time courtesy. Super disappointed and will definitely take our business somewhere else where it's appreciated, the first second we have a chance to shop around.

Worst bank in area. Highly recommend using a different bank. Very rude customer service. I will never go back. If you have a choice go anywhere else. Ruined my credit over insurance I proved I had. Left fighting mad.
