Our friend booked us on a 3N/4D Rocky Mountain tour. We were half hearted. After spending 4 days with our tour guide, Jake... we were glad that we joined the tour. Tour guide was very friendly and helpful. Hence, we decided to booked 2 more day-tours with the help of Jake. Would recommend this agent to anybody... It was fun!

We joined the 4 days Banff tour . Our tour guide Manda was super friendly, professional and very enthusiastic. She told us lots history and culture about each location . We really enjoyed the tour. Thanks to Manda l the driver for making our vacation perfect.

I just come back from the Banff, Rockies Mountain trip with First Express Travel. The trip was enjoyable and memorable in part due to avid story telling ability by tour guide Janice . What a magnificent performance, Bravo ! Thanks to Janice and Michael the driver for making my vacation perfect.

i have joined the seattle one day trip and the impolite tour guide called Paul Wong!!!! His attitude so rude and not allow us to stay in the in one destination for longer period. Especially he force us to leave Seattle at 2:00 pm! so early! It is because he wants to finish his work earlier!

Probably the worst service I've ever encountered. The trip description is unclear, and the customer rep is very rude. Avoid if possible.
