They tell you they don't do by appointment but when you call to inquire about getting a hair cut they never have time. First choice? More like last choice. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
Amazing customer service and awesome hair cut / beard trim. I called in requesting for an urgent appointment - not only did they accommodate me, Jen and her team also made me feel very comfortable. Jen fixed the mess I had in my hair and gave me a perfect haircut. Apparently she’s also good with beards. Highly recommend this location and Jen personally.
Liked going to first choice because I didn’t have to make an appointment. Did not like the manager as she seemed to be in a bad mood. Not just once but every time I went there. Once I said that the top needed to be cut a little shorter and she grabbed the hair at the top of my hair and cut it all with one snip.. another time she was mouthing something at the other hair dresser behind my back, but she didn’t realize I could see her in the mirror. Too many new hair dressers all the time. I liked the way they cut my hair and then the next time I went that hair dresser would have quit and I would have to try another. Eventually I quit going there altogether. Unpleasant experience, not with the haircut but with the atmosphere.
I was hesitant going here based on the not so pleasant reviews. The atmosphere is lacking and I can see what people mean by they do not seem overly friendly. However I was surprised that most of the staff was good with my 3 year old screaming his face off for his hair cut. He hates having his hair cut. No body wants to listen that but there isn't much I can do and the hairdresser we had was fairly patient and understanding and another one tried giving him treats to calm him down. I waa grateful for that! Don't know if I would go back though :
Clean salon, courteous and professional staff. Timely service. Thrice, I've been there with a senior. Our well executed haircuts lasted through another lockdown. Won't go anywhere else!I've this place.
It take about 5 minutes to cut my hair and a price of 25$. I always give a 2$ tip. Now that is one expensive haircut..
