Very poor team and communication. Excessive lack in customer service.  Pauline provides the worst customer service I've ever experienced in any industry. I often leave the branch feeling dirty. Pauline has told me on multiple interactions that her wage doesn't justify her fulfilling simple duties which are easily in her role as a teller agent and manager. She suggests going to other branches - regularly. Confrontational. Lazy. Unfriendly. Non-professional. 

Its likely best to follow her advice and go to another branch. Otherwise, find a new bank.

Always polite and helpful, never very busy and quite easy to get in and out at any time of day. Has drive through ATM.
