First Calgary Financial

No fees banking..is great.... Costumer service is out standing....Now the oddity of a credit Unions corporate lending polices confuses me.. I have a mortgage with first Calgary Stellar credit and my experience with applying for a debit consolidated loan...was a gong show.. Allways best to to keep lines of communication with other Banks open..

I would not recommend going to this branch if it can be avoided. the staff are incredibly rude and obdurate. The wait times are atrocious and they have messed up on numerous appointments. they screwed up on a recent mortgage amendment, and the list goes on. long story short, this branch is a terrible representation of the "first Calgary" brand.

my experince this last week with this institution was horrible, i showed up saturday and yes i was 45 mintues to closing and asked to open a account they said they closed in a half hour so they would book me a appoinment for 5:30 for thursday so i go into thursday for my appointment and apparently there was a scheduling mistake and it was for 4:30 but seeing as i don't get out of work till 5 and making it clear to the lady on staruday about it sadly was not the secretary's fault. both times i didn't feel welcomed or wanted in the building and like what i was asking was for them to do work. i don't see how it takes a half hour to discuss and open a bank account.
