Staff are always friendly and I have always gotten good banking advice and helpful planning when meeting one on one. Great for personal banking and much cheaper than the big guys.

I have used them in the past, however I am not going to be going back to them anytime soon. I had a particular bad experiance with heather one of the managers over at the Maclode Trail Branch. As well the new site update that they have is very bad.  The client line is not open as much as charterbanks and can become a real pain at times when you have issues like your card doesnt work. This happend many times and I would not recommend them. I have since switced my banking to td canada trust.
