I'm a small business owner and decided to seek a business relationship with this bank. I completed the request for contact form on their website over 4 months ago and haven't received a call or any contact back.  I realize that not all banks are lending money right now, but the very least that they could do  is return a call or email. I can call the big banks and at least have someone pick up the phone.
