Firestone Complete Auto Care

Long story short - Broke down on 96 headed home to the Detroit area. Had my vehicle towed to this location. As a walk in customer these men were more than accommodating. They were friendly, informative and quick. They gave me all the details of the issue & got me back on the road in less than two hours. Highly impressed and more than thankful! Would definitely recommend for any vehicle crisis!

It was my first time going today. Bill had amazing customer service. He explained everything well and even sent a video of everything that was worked on. I wont go anywhere else!!

I've been taking vehicles there for 12+ years, and they do a fantastic job. I always get a thorough explanation of everything getting done, always get a friendly greeting, and always get the problems solved/work completed in a timely fashion. I wouldn't think of taking a vehicle of mine anywhere else.

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. This Firestone location has always went above and beyond with their service, honesty and sound advice. Great place I trust them and will never take my vehicles anywhere else.
