Fireside Deli & Family Restaurant

Good food but waits can be lengthy on weekends. On my last visit, I arrived with a party of five (two adults, two teens and a toddler). We watched as multiple parties of four were pulled out of line behind us and seated. Very annoying. People moving past us were continually apologetic, as they knew that it was ridiculous. When we were finally seated, the area around the table was very dirty; it felt like we were seated there because we were getting irritated. I had to ask someone to come over and clean it, even though the server came and took orders before it got cleaned up and said nothing about it. Food portions were huge and drinks were fine. Server was friendly. Prices are reasonable ($$) and there are lots of options, including breakfast until late afternoon.

Definitely did not have a good experience. 1. The waitress was snotty 2. Had to explain my drink that I order off their menu 3. My veggies were cold 4. My drink wasn't made right and they charged 10 cents more then the menu said. 5. My boyfriend's burger was made wrong 6. Waitress brought him the wrong him the beer 7. Not once were we asked if we wanted another drink. I will not be returning and I will never recommend this place to friends and family.

The service at the hostess stand was so terrible that we left. We stood right beside the hostess stand where there were two ladies working for a solid 5 minutes be fife they even acknowledged that we were there. We weren't greeted. Instead, she just said, "oh, just for two?" We were never told or updated in a it times the entire 15 minutes we stood there. The hostesses just stood there, occasionally taking a walk around to look at the doneness of people's plates, but never enaging anyone that came through the door. At one point, a couple came in asking about gluten free options, which no one could answer. So, as the woman looked over the menu, the hostesses were making fun of her behind the stand. I'm just extremely disappointed in the lack of service and tact from this establishment. I will be very hard pressed to come back, which is a shame as I do really enjoy the food there.

Always there to satisfy our craves with delicious meals. Not only talking about their famous breakfasts but as a meat lover I always find a different and great option each time. Crowded early mornings but once you get a table, service is provided as soon as possible. Many visits throughout the years and never dissapointed.

This place used to be great. I used to order the Souvlaki on a weekly bases and then they suddenly raised the prices (which is understandable in itself due to min. wage hike) but at the same time they cut the size of the Greek salad it came with in half. When I inquired about getting the same size salad as before, they said it's almost a $5 charge. I opted to just get the half size because I don't think a little more lettuce is worth $5. Then realized they switched out the feta that used to go on it for something that's definitely not feta. There was a time when it was easy to overlook the ripped seats, dirty ceilings, judgmental waitresses (not all) and staff smoking cigarettes just inside the back door with the door open (yes, we can see you) because this place was a local favorite that made good food. And then, you got greedy and the quality went down hill.
