I had the fireplace put in almost a year ago. Many false starts and dropped threads. However DWAYNE has now saved the day. Very competent guy--fixed the fireplace's lack of enthusiasm for starting A pebble was blocking the lighting. Then he fixed the fan vibrations. A loose wire was leaning against the mechanism.
I am updating my previous rating and comments as the situation we had has since been resolved by Asia very quickly. The service tech was on-time, professional and did the warranty to our satisfaction. Thank you FPU for stepping up.
I was very pleased with the overall service from Fireplace Unlimited. There was a problem with one the parts and I received good and timely service with regards to repairing it and as far as I know, the new fireplace works well. It is a tad warm to try it out at any great length. This was written by Christie, not Sep.
