The food and service here are really good! After a horrible experience with Air Canada we ended staying at the Four Points and we had lunch here, our salads were really tasty and the portions were big enough. Our waitress was very friendly : Recommended for all Canadians and passing travelers!

Atmosphere is awesome, food was excellent and the service better than the food. I had the Sheppards pie and was not let down. If I had a piece of Irish soda bread, I would know that I was in Dublin, Ireland. Great job!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Website says this location is open and available for takeout only. This is the second time in as many weeks that I've tried to order from here but the location is not listed in their mobile ordering. I also tried calling the location but nobody ever answers. I am extremely disappointed. 0 stars. Update: As you can see below, Prime Pubs the owner of Fionn MacCool's reached out to ask that I make my comments on their forms. So I did. Heard back quickly that my message was received and would hear more within 48 hours. Well, it's been 6 days, 2 days since I sent a follow up message, and I am still waiting to hear something. Anything. I can see how much my patronage means to them...

Absolutely incredible food, great beers, and a great atmosphere. Could have been an easy 5 out of 5, but service was hit and miss to say the least. Maybe management needs to train better, not really sure. When the same server forgets to ask you THREE DAYS IN A ROW how you want your eggs cooked, what kind of taters you want, and what kind of toast you want, it gets pretty tiresome. Waiting 20 minutes for the bill too, had to ask the hostess. Some of the staff are just terrible and really don't care about your experience there. That sucks because: The lamb was awesome, the mussels were awesome, the fish and chips were great, the crab cakes were surprisingly good, the beer was fresh and crisp, the yam fries were incredible, burgers were mint, etc, etc. Just need to get all the service staff on-board to do the bare minimum and this place would be off the charts. The cooks there deserve a raise and all the praise for sure.

We hosted a private party of 60+ people this past weekend. The staff were beautiful!. They went over and above to set up, organize, and deliver a delicious menu, which the manager took the liberty of printing and putting on all of our tables for us. The Salmon was excellent and the pasta primavera was delicious. Areas for improvement would be the rice which some of our guest found was a little over cooked, but not bad. Overall a wonderful experience with a very professional staff serving us. The area was clean and new and the guests gave us fabulous comments about the party and the venue.

Service was great. It smelled really good ...fresh and new. Had fish tacos sent them back didnt seem like they were done enough...soggy batter inside. Traded up for the garlic scones they were awesome. Hubby had the wings he loved them. . Had one ceasar called the kitchen sink it was awesome and one Keith's on tap both great. We will be back for sure.

My girlfriend and I came here on a whim, as we wanted some pub food to eat and in the neighbourhood. I ordered the Sheppard's Pie with garden salad; my better half the vegetarian and waffle fries. The food came quickly and was very tasty, the service was attentive and friendly, and the pricing reasonable. I'd certainly come back again the rotating craft tap is certainly enticing!

Mediocre food complimented with HORRIBLE customer service. Added item on our bill that we never ordered. After asking the waitress to fix the bill, we noticed being overcharged for one of the daily special item on the 'fixed' bill. Talked to our waitress first and she insisted that is the right price until we requested to see the menu. We LITERALLY had to point her the item price to convince her to fix it. Neither did the floor manager or our waitress bothered to apologize the entire time like it was our fault to correct them. Since when did the customers have to double check the bill to make sure they will not get scammed?

Great for a casual meal. Comfortable seating, TVs in the background. Has a great selection of comfort food with different specials every night. Staff was really friendly and helpful even when they were really busy.
