Finz Resort

Finz is a great, must stop place to eat either by vehicle or sail. The atmosphere is very friendly, the scenery you can't beat and the staff were fantastic. The food was fast, hot and absolutely delicious. Their prices were decent as well. I would recommend making reservations to ensure a seat as they are very busy. We made res and got in early.

This was the worst eating at a restaurant experience I have ever encountered in my life. The service is brutal as it took 3 hours just to get our meal which they totally screwed up. They were aware that we had three children at the table and they brought out two of the three meals after 3 hours of waiting but left my seven-year-old daughter crying her eyes out as she was so hungry. They could have brought her a dessert or just anything to tide her over until the dinner came but nothing. Not only did they screw up her order but when they said they had done it correctly and packed it up for us to go on our boat when we got back to our Resort it was again screwed up. In addition they charge us for the full meal accept the screwed up Pizza. They did not offer to take off anything for drinks or offer desserts or really an apology. Just excuses that there was a mix-up. The View of the water and sunset is great but it is not even close to being worth ever going back there again. My son Finn and the rest of the family give Finz two thumbs down and two middle fingers up.

Just had Chowder and garlic bread for lunch which was very tasty and substantial. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The views are great. Worth a visit.

Great spot to camp along the shuswap lake! Full service hook ups and lots are right along the lake shore. We rented sea doos and a fishing boat, and had a great time. save your money and do not eat at the restaurant. Our service was incredibly rude and the food could hardly be finished. We had the salad, shrimp tempura and nachos. The server told us to not be cheap, we should come to the shuswap to spend money.

This a quite a fun spot by the lake. Everything was well themed and the atmosphere was busy! Kid friendly, fish n chips were delicious.
