Finley Dunnes Tavern

Packed for an Illini game, but accommodating of my need for the Marquette game on TV. Decent beer selection, clean lines, and handled the fan volume with aplomb. A tad loud because of boisterous fans, but even over brunch hour their kitchen kept up. Pretty good pub food if that is what you're looking for.

Came here to play Golden Tee with buddies after a Cubs game. Wings were amazing and wait staff was super attentive. Also talked to one of the owners; he was super engaging. Will definitely come back the next time I’m in Chicago!

The food here was great. A huge pile of nachos with everything on it including guacamole! for $12. Beer was well priced. They had a huge tv that was like 4 tvs put together to make one. If you’re a chargers fan this is the place to be. They had a huge showing and special chargers drinks.

This place has amazing tavern style pizza. Get the supreme pizza and add spicy Giardinaiera, we’ll done!

Great bar to watch the game. Went there for the improv shows that they have in the back and had a blast at that hilarious show.

This is my absolute favorite bar to go to when I'm in the city, especially after a Cubs game. Get some good food and let the traffic die down. I recommend the Ryan's burger, wings, or Italian Flatbread. If you are looking for a fun, casual bar, stop by!

Nice neighborhood bar definitely a hockey bar. They had some big screen TVs with the Stanley cup playoffs going on and the Cubs game. Food was good and I had a good shot of Malort

Wings look great. They're meaty, fried just right for great texture, and not over-sauced, but the sauces themselves are a little bland, especially the garlic parmesan. The medium wings just needed more butter for that good buffalo sauce flavor. Lots of good screens to watch the games. I like the feel of the place with the wooden tables and bar. Service was good, and everyone was really into the bears game. :

Dear Lincoln/Paulina neighbors , make this a once a month place. Be a Chicago native like me and have a spot where you can escape the husband or wife and feel at home. Get to know the staff and beer. Yes all bar food is bar food but it's really good for a wrap. Right off the Brown line Paulina stop. Bike docks just north and south.

Favorite bar in Chicago! Very down to earth atmosphere, with a local neighborhood bar feel. Great prices and good food. Staff is excellent owner and manager included- extremely friendly with remarkably quick service. Found this bar when we moved in next door a few years back and instantly loved it. We've all moved to other parts of the city in the years since, but we still always make the trip Finley Dunne's to meet up. And most importantly, the High Life deal converted me to a High Life fan for life!
