I called this place to ask to stop sending spam to someone who did not live at my address. Alain C. director of accounts picks up the phone. I express my concern about the Spam, the environment and why they still send letters 5 years I opened this letter by mistake instead of putting in recycle bin like others after no reply from someone. I also expressed that I have kids and do not appreciate useless misuse of our resources and environment. He snaps back that the paper is recycled and hung up the phone. Plastic in envelop, delivery truck, printing, manufacturing etc.. he has no idea and no concern I called back to let him know my courtesy and questions do not warrant his reaction. Then he proceeded to express in an irate tone that it was not his job to listen to my problems. After pointing out that his now problems stems from his own misguided efforts to spam another, I would have never spoken to him in the first place if he didn't send his letter. When I called the company to address this guys methods, they seem to take interest and I should expect a district manager to call me back. Wishing you nothing more than you deliver to others Alain.. nothing more!
