I went to use the ATM machine inside and there were homeless people sleeping and some begging for money as I'm trying to deposit money. The smell was horrible and I felt really scared as those people were clearly high on something and felt unpredictable. Did I mention I am handicapped and very vulnerable

It is the worst RBC branch in Quebec. I had to make a deposit of money to my business account and I had more problems than to travel to the US, and when you speak English they look at you as if you were a stranger from another planet and they treat you badly, and I'm not really interested in speaking French Because my business is in English and everything is going well. I am a RBC client for years and here I never return anymore in my life.

Customer service very bad. I am a business client. I just go for a deposit, take so long and always have line up.

Very bad service and much too long of a wait to get 2 cheques. I have been client for 25 years and never seen a branch with such a bad customer service.
