I was assaulted by one of the drivers over a miscommunication. The driver swore at me repeatedly and when I asked to be let out he punched me in the back as I exited the cab. Then the coward took off. Couldn't get out and face me like a man. Had to hit me with my back turned. When I called to complain the dispatch operator was also rude. Focusing on the change of destination not the drivers actions.

Worst cab company ever!

Poor dispatching. Dispatchers do not speak very clear English. Try to cancel a cab quite a few times but they don't seem to get that right. Always end up waiting for about an hour!!! Dispatchers are outsourced to Calgary, so what do they know about how lethbridge roads are?

The worst cab service, I don't even know how are they still a company, I called for a cab 30mnts before work they said it was going to take only 20mnts and the cab didn't show up. I was late at work and I had to walk in one of the worst days of snow. I would't recomend anyone to use this "cab service"

Dispatchers are extremely and unbelievably rude and full of attitude. 
Cabs are 9/10 late. 

This is off a few different experiences, not just one.
