A Plus Taxi Ltd Administration

At 8:30 pm on a Friday night a cab that was pre-arranged to pick up my son from the AHS clinic at the Bay mall claimed he couldn't find the location. Did not try to call him , but found marked it as a no show and took off. When my son called back to find out where the taxi was he was told to walk around to a different door to be picked up. I'm appalled that a person with a broken foot would be told to walk around anywhere! Didn't know he had a broken foot? What about the driver that dropped him off in the first place? He knew!!! Any other taxi company in Lethbridge is hands down better.

If they were open more often and had better/longer/later hours I'd like the company and use them a lot more!!

So friendly and helpful will definitely use them again!

Good taxi service to used

The vehicle was dirty, only 1 of the two passenger doors worked on the minivan. Also scheduled the ride over 4 hours in advance and they showed up late for pick up.
