Fiesta Cancun

The atmosphere of this place is fun! The decorations are gaudy, weird, and cliche but that does add to the atmosphere. Our server was excellent; he was kind, efficient, and very patient (My date was a bit of a giggly handful after taking advantage of $2.99 Margarita night). We stayed there for a very long time just talking and having fun and they never once implied that we should leave. Finally, the food, although not technically authentic, was delicious! It was very fresh and very tasty, I tend to have a pretty big appetite and I was full without finishing my plate, and it was because the food was rich, not simply ample, I am a quality-over-quantity kind of a guy. The food was a good value as well, you got more than you paid for. Also, there were spicy foods as well. Often at places like this, they tamp down the spice to appeal to the masses.

The food was good. The margaritas were yummy. The service was sooo slow. We​ arrived for dinner at 7. We waited for a table until 7:30. After we were seated it was 10 minutes before a server even took our drink order. Another 30 before we were able to order dinner and 45 minutes before our meal arrived. I'm not sure I'd go again but it's good to try once.

1.99 margaritas on Thursday are great however.... Its best to go later as service is not good even if you sit at the bar! Had to ask for my order to be taken and food was just ok. My 1st visit was better.

Delicious authentic Mexican food; the steak tacos are amazing. The cheap margaritas aren't half bad either. I'll definitely be back.

Good tasting food, bit some issues with getting it. My fajita shells were half rock hard, half soft. New, good ones were brought to me. My mom's taco salad ended up looking like a soggy blob. The rest of our party's meals were fine. Festive & fun decor.
