Ffats Brewing Co

My daughter and I stopped here on our way up to a camping trip. She loved her root beer and I loved the beer selection. The brewmaster was friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a stop.

Go and drink beer here and help ensure Whitehall becomes a small town full of beer snobs. This place is all about dispelling with pre-conceived notions of what a beer can be by breaking down beers with foreign and unusual names and acronyms and providing accessible versions of, for example, notoriously bitter IPAs. Ffats is a counterweight to some of the bolder breweries in bigger cities, and patrons of Modicum Brewery in Eau Claire will appreciate the work being done here. I hope this place serves as an example to help stimulate revival of rural craft beer brewing that was lost in the 20th century.

Awesome tasting room. Started with Amish Super Hero...trying Hometown Saison and Terry is drinking FFAT n Hazy.
