Ferrario Auto Team

I was happy with my purchase and actually really love my vehicle. However, 6000k miles after I purchased it needed new brake pads and rotors. When my truck was there to be worked on they actually couldn't even find the key to get the tires off. After 3 hours they finally started working on my truck. The sales manager insulted me by saying "my driving" caused the pads and rotors to be worn down because they were at 100% when they sold it to me 4 months earlier. Then the owner offered me half of the 300 I paid back. After about 5 calls back and forth to the sales manager I just said never mind. It's not worth the effort. The first time he called me he asked me why he got a bill for the work done on my car!!! Since I paid THEM to do the work, how would I know. Very unprofessional.

I had a great experience with this team! Very knowledgeable and helpful through the entire purchase process. Got a great deal for a great car! Very happy overall with everything! I would definitely go back!!

This is hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Their customer service was over and beyond. Dealt with sales rep, Reece, during the buying process and sales manager, Wayne, with an after purchase issue. Very easy to deal with. I will be buying my next vehicle here as well as recommending to f&f.

Quick lane service is horrible..... They change your oil and never reset your oil change service reminders. They rotate tires,but fail to check the air pressure. When you leave and get 2 miles down the road, the TPM alarm comes on. I would avoid Using them at all costs....

We have just purchased our third vehicle from Brent at Ferrario, and we couldn't be more pleased with his help and service! Each time he has put us in the vehicle we need and enjoy. Whenever we need our vehicle serviced Ferrario always gets us in and the work done in a timely manner. If and when anyone I know needs a car I tell them to go over too Ferrario!!
