Amazing helpful people. We approached dealerships in 3 counties with an emergency and Elm Chevy was the only dealership willing to help. The repair was prompt and the people were so incredably nice.

Bought three cars there since 2017, Mike Smith my sales rep is always great to deal with. Service dept is always great to deal with. I know the other sales reps and finance people as well and they are all top notch. Elm Chevy is a staple in the community and easy to deal with.

I bought my truck from Elm Chevrolet 10 years ago, and it is basically the only place I go for service, etc. I trust them to have my best interest in mind, and to treat my vehicle as if it were there own.

It was our first time purchasing here and we’re very pleased! Everyone was very friendly, not pushy, easy to speak with and easy to work with. This was probably the fastest car purchase we’ve had and it all went very smoothly.

Went for an oil change back in late September or early October. I was told that my rear brakes and rotors were dangerously low and needed to be replaced, but they couldn't do it that day. Well, after 4/5 months and 15 thousand miles, my car comes up for PA state inspection last week. My rear brakes are sitting at 4/32 life minimum to pass in PA is 2/32 and my rotors are described as nearly perfect by two different mechanics from two different shops. If you value your hard earned money, or even shops having integrity, do NOT go to Elm Chevrolet for anything related to service.
