Michael was a great sales representative that helped me chose the right vehicle that fit my needs. He answered all the questions that I had prior to purchasing my vehicle.

It's... A dealership. A sales person will gladly sell you a car but they will not do -anything- after the sale. Any promises or add-ons or I'll look into it's will not happen. They'll push you to buy their add on insurance thing but if you try to use it for a repair it's well maybe if we decide it's a defect and not something else. If they decide it's not covered it's $170 so can't even use the repair thing .. overall they'll sell you a car, then spam your email, phone and regular mail with ads for their services.

After months of searching different places,I came back to Elm, they had 3 Traverse listed but no one could get one. Imagine my surprise to have Gary McCormick come out on the lot. He has sold me vehicles for years! But I was told he no longer worked for Elm. I was overjoyed. We talked, I told him what I was looking for and he said he would find me one before January. Low and behold November 8th he sent me a text. And I drove it off the lot on Tuesday. I love it! Great service, prompt service. So happy!

Can only imagine their sales….Elmira was dead last night when I walked by here. Kinda felt like I was in Radiator Springs
