This is so far the best Mexican place I've found in Ottawa. The atmosphere is great and the food is amazing. Friendliest staff who love their job. It's my new go to. The shrimp taco is orgasmic

Great quality food and good portions for the price. The decor is very pretty, especially at night with the lights. Great date spot, but also good for families and friends! The service was fast and friendly. Loved the chairs - each uniquely painted. Overall, this restaurant is both quirky and cozy in terms of its atmosphere. Washroom was not the cleanest when I was there though. Would go again!

A better meal than I expected. Clyde is very welcoming and the server we had was just great! The appetizer platter warmed the bellies of the 4 of us enough to wonder if we needed more, which we then ordered. The meal portions were substantial and filling, but we still have dessert. Very good value for money.

Warm, family friendly vibe. Colourful atmosphere and friendly staff. The food is good but quite regular. Homemade (I think) but suburban, safe, tacos etc. Nothing mind blowing.

Good food, but once you've had authentic Mexican food, it doesn't stack up. I've been here about 5 times or so, I would recommend making a reservation ahead of time. The last time I went, the owner was our server and I asked for nachos but with no cheese. He told me he wouldn't do it because "that's not how real nachos are made". I've been to countless restaurants where they have accommodated this. Needless to say, he lost out on $25 because of this. When I ordered my main meal, I also asked for it with no cheese, which he didn't make a fuss about but still brought it out with cheese. I didn't eat my meal and they gave it to us for free but not an enjoyable birthday dinner. And I haven't been back since!
