Very quick service and polite staff. Parked right up front and it took 5 minutes in and out. The only inconvenience was generally from HQ, I couldn't reschedule delivery and the driver's only deliver when you're not home. I was told that you essentially have to take the day off work if you want to receive a package at home.

A bit far to go pickup your item but you have to go by car. Good and fast service.

Frustrating as hell , just need excuses to not deliver the parcel at right places. This stupid Shipping center is to make people angrier than ever. The stupid driver went away without even knocking or something really pathetic and rediculous . I recommend that you shouldn't ship or receive your shipment from FEDEX if you don't wanna get frustrated and feel regretful... But if you wanna take risk you could proceed. I am really disappointed even the receptionist Anna was rude as hell like she was arguing with her enemy it was same feeling like that. I don't know how the Manager keeps these types of people for job who are disrespectful to customers. I just wanna file a complaint against this address and even whole FedEx company.. I just want the company to learn a lesson by dissapointing customers... It's really stupidoeus thing they do to frustrate customers.. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

Worst staff possible. Sounded and looked like she hated her job. Kept going to back offices and complaining she isn't getting her vacation request and she tired of replacing etc....

Went there near closing time and service was fast and amicable. FedEx allows you to pick up on the same day you missed the delivery. That's awesome compared to Canada Post.
