A small postal office with the fairly typical Canada Post service. Long opening hours are very convenient. I wish this location had more parcel packing options- I often have to buy my boxes elsewhere and that's not very convenient or time efficient.

The hours here are long, which is convenient. Service is slow, but it's not the employees' fault. Every time they type anything into the computer they have to stand there for an awkwardly long time waiting, even for a simple amazon package pickup. It's up to their IT people to fix this issue. Otherwise the service is just fine, some of the people are friendly, some are a bit grumpy, but I've never seen anyone being actually rude.

I don't normally write a review but I think this particular place deserves one. The old man in the counter is very rude and incompetent. Forget the fact that he doesn't even smile or greet you properly but man I think he needs another training. I dropped off prepaid packages and when he cannot figure out how to give me a receipt on one of the items he just told me that's it. I asked for my receipt that I also needed it for the other package but he just brushed me off. I stood there and waited until he can figure out what to do. I worked with Post Canada a couple years back so I know exactly when one doesn't know what he is doing. I think the customers deserve to know if something is not right. This is not my first bad experience in this place. Such an awful experience each time I have to come here.

It’s the second time I’ve been here, there are 3 counters here but only one employe is working and for the second time i had to wait for more than 30 minutes in the line with 15 other people !

Every time I go to this post office, in which I have no choice because that's where my parcels always go to.I have to deal with rude clerks. They make you feel stupid and talk to you with a rude belittling tone. You ask them for help, and it's as if your asking them to pull a limb from they're body, just so they can do it. I had problems locating a package, and I asked them to check where it could be with my tracking number, because the tracking number said it arrived at the post office 4days ago and was waiting for pick up. The old man serving me said it was not there, and even though I asked him kindly to check with the tracking number, he was rude and did not want to do so, I literally had to ask him 3x before he did, as much as I kept myself composed, his tone and rudeness was testing my patience as this was not the first time I've encountered such service, in fact every time I have to go pick up a package, it's always the same encounter with this specific person, Ive worked in customer service for 10years and there is a way to talk to people without making them feel stupid, or as if your asking them to do a huge favour for you. I always hate having to go to this post office to pick up my parcels, and no customer should ever have to dread doing so. Please if anyone reads this, there has to be a way to make a formal complaint.
