This place has the absolute best tea I have ever had. I come from out of state to get their teas. Highly recommend. I wish their online shipping prices were more affordable, but every employee at this store is so helpful and kind that it makes the trip worth it!
Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable of the many teas they sell. I love the smell tins of every variety, very helpful in deciding which teas to try. Also selling them by the ounce helps to narrow down your favorites. I recently started brewing Gong Fu style so having a reliable source of loose leaf tea is fantastic. Highly recommend this store.
Stopped in here on a whim. Very unique experience. Family owned company with three locations. Everything you would want if you are a tea enthusiast.
Excellent customer service that we're not only patient with me I don't drink tea but was Christmas shopping for others but answered every and any question I had about what tea people need, like, accessories, recommendations of different teas, everything. The store is very clean and has an excellent layout and inviting setup. Everything from buying bulk tea to every kind of accessory you could possibly think of they had. My Mom buys her tea from there and raves about the quality, excellent taste and affordability of the tea. Definitely a store to buy all your tea needs from!

Fava Tea Co. is my go-to for delicious tea. When I go to the store and want to try new teas, the staff is always wonderful making suggestions based on teas I’ve liked in the past. Lately I’ve been doing my tea buying online and my order always arrives within a few days. They have an outstanding selection of teas, and seasonal teas you don’t want to miss. I highly recommend Fava Tea Co. They have the most scrumptious teas and a great staff.

Great family owned tea shop! They had much more variety than I was expecting. They had the "classics" such as earl grey, chamomile, etc, as well as fun and new blends. I ended up getting a couple of varieties, and loved both of them. Definitely reccomend!
The Greenfield store is my home store but I like this one too. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. No problem answering my many questions. Stop by and totally nerd out on more kinds of tea than you knew existed. I did and I love it. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. This isn't your run of the mill pre-bagged tea off the shelf at the grocery store. This is high grade quality product from all over the world.
