Lobby is still closed this long after Covid. If you do pickup you can’t even walk in the store you stay in the doorway. At least put the sugar, cream and stir sticks by the doorway so we don’t need to yell across the store to ask for them.
Ladies are always nice and pleasant. Great frozen coffee and Fast drive thru also!
Drive thru is super slow, but that's because brookfield housewives order $500 worth of food when they should really go inside and let the rest of us get our black coffee and get to work. The new rebuild is super nice inside. I like coming here to work. I hate coffee house music though. Makes me want to kill myself. But the jalapeno cheddar bagel makes me want to live.
I love these ladies! Just not having a good day. When asked if I wanted whipped cream on my drink I'm supposed to say no due to diet, I said yes as much as I can get! See the picture below. This brightened my day. I really appreciate the effort. Sandwich was great as usual.
UPDATE: Thank you for responding. I wish you were telling the truth with your obviously canned response. The fact is that I had a conversation with someone who works at Einsteins and was told the truth about why your locations will not reopen for dine in. So there's that **** We LOVE Einstein's! However, this bit about not being open for dine-in has to stop. I think we all know that it's about profits, and the fact that they make more money not having the dining room open, or having to hire more people - and that's the way they want it to stay. So many places are using the pandemic as an excuse for poor customer service and lack of service/s- Einstein's is one. It pains me to say, but - open fully or close.
My bagel and drink was made with loveeee. Omg the nova lox bagel and the Carmel cold brew was delicious. Also all the staff is so friendly.
Great variety of bagels and schmears. Very tasty sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. They also have coffee and other beverages, but I've never ordered any beverages. Only open until 2pm
It's been over a month since this was brought to your attention. Please update your photos. This place does not sell Caribou coffee. Please update the picture of the front of your store and the pictures of Caribou coffee.
I bought a bakers dozen and some coffee drinks for my co-workers. It was fast, friendly, and easy to call in my order. They had everything ready when I got there!
Treated gruffly repeatedly. No napkins given in the bag. Doors locked after orders placed when we wanted to get napkins for reasons unknown...? Honestly food is yummy...service is terrible. It's disappointing. Hope it improves.
