Terrible place of work. Time card is always off by multiple minutes. We had em fix it once and they still allowed it to go past 5 mins. Was fired for calling in late saying “it was too frequent” I was the one they heavily relied on for taking over others shifts if needed. Dealt with lots of schedule changes last minute or not within 2 days notice. I get it things happen. Is it my fault when something happens? Nope! Have fun terra! You’ll be hearing from the triple b! :3 Better Business Bureau for those who don’t know
The shadiest place of work i’ve ever seen, they won’t pay you on time, they constantly leave the store with no managers present, and they won’t give you a managers phone number if they aren’t present because “they don’t want to deal with work related issues”. when asked where my check was i was given 3 different answers and awful attitude from the employees. i was told it wasn’t written, it’s been mailed, and to come back in a few days when there is a manager present. one of the workers also stated that they’ll spit in your food if you cause any type of conflict in the store, because “he isn’t a manager and doesn’t need to be professional as a teenager.”
I Ordered a single pizza through doordash, I placed placed order around 8:30pm. My order was approved and money was taken then the store closed for the night at 10pm without ever sending my food or any notice. Doordash app was saying it was on the way and the dasher was picking up the food and everything even though the STORE CLOSED after accepting my order! I work an overnight shift in Healthcare and this was supposed to be my dinner after waiting over 2hrs for no reason its too late to get almost anything else, so I get to work all night without dinner. Not happy.
This location was really clean, very well organized and well stocked. Great selection and variety of snacks and beverages and great selection of beer as well. They have fresh pizza on site, and you can get a large pizza with unlimited toppings for 10 bucks. And the pizza is really good for a gas station. They also have burgers and deli sandwiches available as well for a lunch or dinner option. Took away the one star because of the location of the store, it can be difficult getting in and out of the the stores lot
As I arrived at 9:53pm a young man was standing at the door, key in hand and notified me that the store was closing. I thought that the store was open 24 hours, as the info online says. But even if they are no longer open around the clock 9:53pm is a strange time to close. Most other businesses close at 9:00, 9:30, 10:00 etc. I just wanted to use the bathroom and make a quick purchase for the road.
The auburn in fastrac used to be my go-to gas station because of how nice the gas station is and how large their selection is, and because of the excellent associates they employ. I can’t say that is true anymore after the appalling experience my husband and I had with an employee - Suzanne S according to her name tag - where she refused to process his payment because of a relationship they had NINE YEARS ago. He did not speak to her or recognize her prior to the interaction because of just how long he had gone without seeing her. She not only refused to sell us something based on personal bias regardless of her position as a paid employee of this facility, she had the audacity and lack of professionalism to curse at him and told him to “get out of [her] f***ing store”. When I went in to purchase the cell phone charger that I needed, she was on her cell phone cursing about running into “that f***er,” forcing an older gentleman to wait for service instead of putting her feelings aside and doing her job, and when I confronted her about their interaction and told her how unprofessional it was, she told me that I could talk to her manager because she didn’t f***ing care what I had to say. I was not only surprised that someone would allow their personal life to interfere with doing their job, but that her place of employment wouldn’t care how unacceptable and appalling her actions were. No matter how nice a gas station is, the top factor in customer retention - especially when there are PLENTY of alternate options - is associates who are helpful, friendly, and professional. Apparently this gas station does not value their customers - or their money - as reflected by this heinous customer service experience. My advice would be to go to any of the other options in the area - one with employees who understand how to do their jobs.
Got some pizza from here today and I must say that it is one of the best I've had in auburn. It wasn't greasy or overly salty at all. Just so delicious. Will have it again :3
This is a brand new Fastrac. Huge facility and has all of the most updated decor. A sub shop, pizza, and an area to eat set off to the side so you do not have to sit while people are shopping. It is a very convenient location.
I go to other Fastracs around upstate NY. I almost ended up in the hospital today because I got a breakfast burrito and it was made different than other places. I have a food allergy and I ate then spit out their burrito. I am beyond mad. You should LIST THE INGREDIENTS so everyone can read them! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY - I AM SO VERY VERY ANGRY RIGHT NOW!
Very rude and made me reach over the counter to get my drink. She has blonde hair and glasses was notweanot wa name tag! Hire ppl with some class I'm from putout town and thos put a bad taste in my mouth !!
