Melissa has given me great service on finding the right coverage for my needs. She never over sells coverage just the right amount at the right price. I have home, auto and life insurance with her right now and am very pleased with the service her office provides.

She knows her stuff! Also got a good look at why... she's a great learner. I taught her some stuff about my field of work, she asks lots of great questions, her clarity evolves quick, it was dynamic. She sponges up new info with enthusiasm, and is quick to turn around and use it well. Great students make great professionals, she displays that well.

we have been with Farmers since I was  living at home with my folks. After Annette and I married in 1968,  Rod Dreyer was our agent  til his daughters took over the business. We have never had a problem and have enjoyed Farmers Ins. We have always had friendly and helpful service.

Melissa is truly great to work with. She is always so very willing to do anything she can to help. And works hard to get the best rate she can for you.

Saved some money, and increased coverage for both vehicles & my off road toys too!

Always extremely helpful. Whether it's to add/remove vehicle, change automatic payments, change due date, etc. They're always there to help. I wouldn't get my insurance thru anyone else!

Weren't open during operation hours went out of my way to go across town just to have no one working. Unprofessional business that stereotyped me for the car I drive, wanting me to pay more for insurance which afterwards I cancelled that day and months later I am still paying charges towards their insurance.

Wouldn't have anyone else but these guys here! They been so personable " from helping us re-register or Vehicles after the move from another state" to helping us manage our monthly payment to where it coincided with a perfect pay period !!!   Five  to these guys

Melissa Dreyer and her staff have made the effort to get to know us. They have provided efficient service and taken time to advise us on the best rates available.  Everyone is very friendly.

Company was not open during operation time frame with no posting as to why, stereotyped me because of what vehicle i drive and tried to charge me almost $200 extra a month. Would not recommend to even my worst enemy. Major inconvenience And unprofessional.
