This place has staff that are untrained and lack knowledge. The manager is as bright as a door knob… Please avoid going here. Was there a few days ago …the person I was dealing with did not know how to transfer insurance from one Vehicle to the other… And then manager she stepped in and she was being sassy and ignorant with me… Of course who do you complain to… Anyway this place needs better staff and proper manager. Will go else where from now on….lost my Business!

Place too busy and the system for walk ins sux. I will go elsewhere. Westland Insurance had zero waits and ample parking... I suggest going there instead.

The staff are very friendly and willing to help. They can be busy sometimes but the wait is never very long. I really appreciate the smiles and happy demeanors of the staff I have dealt with so far.
