Farmers Co-Op Oil Company

I never leave poor reviews but this is necessary. We will never frequent farmers coop again. The air pump outside broke our tire. Literally broke the air nozzle off, every bit of air came out. We had to put on a doughnut and take it to a tire place, plains tire, who was amazing by the way, and spend almost $100 repairing a tire that the equipment at farmers coop broke. The manager of farmers coop takes zero responsibility and will do nothing. He was both condescending and rude from the moment I ran in with the problem, smiling and laughing as though it was funny. When I attempted to speak with him he actually said that even if it was a gas tank issue from their pumps, they are not responsible for anything unless their employee actually does something. They are not responsible for their equipment malfunctioning. So customer beware, the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Prices are high but it's within walking distance. Terrible customer service. Bottom of the barrel cashiers with barely enough knowledge of how to communicate.

I don't usually fuel up here, but we do get our diesel for our tractors here and have no complaints. Every time I've been here the staff has been friendly!

Nice place to fuel up with Gas, Great Coffee and many other items inside. They carry a lot of local and regional items as well as the usual gas station items. Part of the Co-Op so lots of farm/ranch items as well.
