Fargos

Great neighborhood restaurant with friendly and quick service and delicious food. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. The exterior is rather non descript, which makes the restaurant a bit of a hidden gem. The interior is spacious and comfortable, with both a family restaurant area and a lounge/bar area. I ordered the vegetarian sweet potato burger and it was absolutely delicious.

5 stars based on a few things. Plenty of tvs in the bar area, great service from Jay who was bartending. But their happy hour is from 3-7 this is great. Like the ones that are later than 5 or 6. Also the daily specials are solid. Tuesday was steak day which you should check out. Also the dry ribs are top notch. Worth going just for those.

New menu! Nice local spot with a decent patio. We ordered: the berry mojito sooooo good. Highly recommend, Fargo's Fruit punch 0/5 not worth $8, Fargo's Grilled Cheese okay. With yam fries possibly the best yam fries we've ever had! So crispy and came with delicious dill dip. Our only complaint is that you don't get many fries, especially considering it's a $3 upsell Thai Coconut Curry okay. Kinda bland but almost there. Overall a nice experience and we'll be back to try more things on the new menu since it's close by.

We always come here for dinner before a paint night and the food is always good I get a steak and coffee and then they top up my coffee while I paint and I love that.Food: 5/5

Not sure why it has taken me so long to come back to Fargos!! The food was amazing! The steak sandwich was cooked to perfection and the fries were awesome! I could have used a few more fries though. The burger was equally amazing and messy which a burger should be! Service was pretty good too. Won't make it such a long time before I come back!

Have been to Fargo's a few times in recent months. This time was the Tuesday steak nite. It is by far the best value for a steak dinner in Edmonton. Great cut of meat and sides. Service was good. Great beer selection. I highly recommend Fargo's if you're looking for a great meal in a non-pretentious, inviting atmosphere.

Went to listen to some live music, Chantelle Marie Trio. Ordered the house burger. It was very good. The service was good but a bit on the show side. I'd definately suggest this place to friends and family.Food: 5/5

Hopefully your not Hungary when you come. The portion size is tiny. $18 for rice bowl with ground beef on it….certainly not Korean beef flavoured. Plus my coffee was cold. Service was great though. Very disappointing Vegetarian options: Veggie burger has cheese in the burger Patty.

Great burger and soup today. Highly recommend it. This may be the best food in the area. I know, I work nearby and have tried everything around, unfortunately. Not sure why this place is not busier.

Steak Tuesday... Do it. I must admit I was hesitant, but I had a friend drag me there. The Chipotle steak was fantastic. Our friend group has made it a mini tradition and have gone back countless times. There are also Loyd of other great deals, depending on the day of the week, and on oilers games etc.
