The lady was nice then when we paid and went to drive off the lady basically demanded a bigger tip. And was very snotty about it. Will never go there again. So unproffesional and extemely rude.

I have never had a problem but this last experience has lost me as a customer!!! My barista was rude and so I didn't tip her!!! I wrote a zero on the tip line!!! I just received a notification stating that I apparently tipped her ten dollars when I didn't. She stole from me in my opinion!!!

Always a treat to stop here and get a drink! Baristas are always incredibly nice and friendly. Whether you're stopping by for a red bull blast or a nice hott mocha, it never takes too long and is always worth the wait if there is any.
