Famous Wok - Place d'Orleans

It was my first time trying the place. The staff was very unfriendly. I asked to get a Combo A $13.99 with Noodle & Black Pepper beef. I simply said to get less veggies and the staff said " I cannot choose what I can do and this is how it comes " in a very rude way and rushing to get the next order. They simply put 3 pieces of small beef and veggies even tho I indicated that I don't want veggies. They're super greedy on their portions compare to Shangai 360. I will never come back to this place again. Quick note to the management ; You will lose more customers this way and you won't save money by using half portion tactics.

Never again!! Went in at end of day since it was 50% and normally I get the any 3 items special. All of a sudden since I am ordering 3 for the family she can't do it? I'll drive to St Laurent Mall if I want Famous Wok from now on. BAD customer service and was always rude at Place D'Orleans Famous Wok.

I use to go there every week thursday was my day to go they use to give you a nice amount now i went after my holydayd wow barely any food well they totally lost a once a week customer.

The best fried chicken I have ever had, The black pepper beef is also tasty

Beat tasting fast food we had in 4 years. We can't wait to go back noodles mushrooms GT chicken bbq chicken and the spicy chicken was somthing special.

Just ordered food and while I was eating my combo A meal there was black mold all over the broccoli. I brought it back and all they did was throw the one piece out and added more which had more black mold all over the broccoli. Never eating there again. Feeling extra nauseous after this experience.

The food taste ok but not very hot so bad think apen I was SICK all night vomit every hour almost.

Worse Geneal Tao I have ever had, very fatty chicken, under fried the batter was very mushy. Noodles and broccoli was good. Won't be spending 15 bucks on a meal from there again.

Hair in food disgusting!!! Tried to call and make a complaint answers phone once pretended to only speak Chinese and hung up rediculous will be coming today with the piece of chicken with hair deep fryed to it nasty!!!

Food was cold. Half of it wasnt fully cooked. Just overall not great. They where better before they moved down to the bottom floor.
