Open at 10 am got there the lady was at the front don't know what she was doing, but 10 minutes past. She still didn't open the store yet we out here in the rain worse customer service.

The worse customer service ever. I went in looking for shoes and the employee could care less. All he did was stand there by the register on the phone. Acted like he didn't notice me when I said can I get some help. Don't know who he think I was asking when he was the only employee there. If I got his name I would've put him on blast here

Went Saturday 11/06 at 2pm and it was a Horrible experience, went into the store and the employee kept staring at me and circling the area I was at. Then I heard her call security and was not sure of what was going on, there was no one doing anything wrong. Bad for business, felt like I was being racially profiled. When I left the store she told security never mind. Not sure what her problem was but definitely shouldn’t have people working there that are going to be judging customers.

I couldn’t have been treated with more outright contempt. I arrived during store hours only to find the lights on, the doors locked, and immeasurable disappointment. Not only did the employees who saw me refuse to say anything, they straight up refused to acknowledge me, much less help me return the shoes. If I could have rated this place any lower, doubtlessly I would have. What garbage did they pull from the trash bin that believed they should hire these employees of all people? If you’re unhappy with your purchase, for the love of God, save yourself the grief and return the product to any other branch.

Got a nice pair of shoes that will last me a while.

Found the cutest Vans here with faux fur at top AND they had them in my size on sale!!! This location is also surrounded by many other shops so I'll have to quench my shoe fetish and check them out when I'm in the area.

It's always been nice when I go in. I forget how much I like that store! I will say right now they are a little low on stock with various sizes but that's slightly to be expected given Christmas was only a few days ago.

Pretty Nice Store didn't buy anything.. First time seeing it just went in to see what they had. Didn't like how Staff kept Following Us Tho!!!
