Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria

We always go in Regina so we got it for our last night in Saskatoon. 10/10 We got the Prosciutto wrapped mozza balls And the margarita pizza! It never disappoints and it tastes like real Italian pizza

My granddaughters and I went for supper. We ordered drinks and the server forgot my water. I flagged her down and got the water. The girls ordered pizza. I ordered Alfredo with prawns. When the server delivered I noticed her holding my bowl in her palm. First thought - can’t be too hot. It was cold. So she took it back and brought it back again holding it the same way. It was warm. I proceeded to eat it and felt something in my mouth. Two small pieces of paper! That was it for me. Nothing was said by the server or the manager or the cook. They usually say something. Came time to pay and the server said - oh yah we took that stuff off. I have since been sick to my stomach and other things happening. I have to believe the sauce was perhaps old because I’m still suffering. Terrible experience. Kid-friendliness: Got a plate with pizza dough for her to play with.

Very nice experience. Great food and great service. The staff here is polite and very friendly. Mckenzie there helped us in ordering and suggested some good food items as well as it was my first time here. I would recommend this place. Best Neapolitan pizza in town.

Very nice atmosphere! Pizza was delicious and the staff were super nice always asking if we needed something else or clearing our table. Alcoholic drinks were alright but food was great

The food here is tastes good, as it should for the price, but there is zero consistency. If you order from here, plan for it to be wrong or inconsistent. First ever time I ordered from here and they sent me chicken wings instead of bruschetta which i literally couldnt eat. Second time ordering, the order is correct but the ricotta cheese is mixed into the sauce??? instead of placed on the pizza correctly and how it was the first time??? the sauce is not tomato sauce its just ricotta sauce? Tastes good but zero consistency and for what I paid that is to be honest ridiculous.

We got two pizza salad combos. one was pesto shrimp and the other one was bbq chicken. Both tasted amazing. The crust was so good. But Cesar salad was not my cup of tea. It was vinegarette dressing but I like creamy Caesar dressing.

As none of us like spicy food, and on their menu there is a lot of spicy food marked with a little pepper symbol, we ordered lasagna, fettuccine, and spaghetti. All 3 were a little bland. The lasagna which I had, was a decent portion for lunch, but not enough for supper. It would need to be about 1/3 to 1/2 again as big. It was very very bland. There was definitely something lacking. We believe the noodles were handmade. Nice touch. We had diet drinks and they were very weak. There machines needed to be recalibrated. Colored water basically. I may go back, but I won't have high expectations.

Staff was friendly and polite. This isn’t the first time we’ve been here and certainly won’t be the last. The food is always tasty and delicious; we never have to wait for our order. Keep up the great works guys!!!! :-Recommended dishesMargherita Pizza, Pizzas, Carmela's Tiramisu, Prosciutto

The most notable thing about Famoso is the incredible value! Pizzas are fresh, tasty and very affordable. The Hawaiian pizza was delicious with great sauce and sweet crushed pineapple. Service was efficient and quick. We even had wine pairings for like 5$ a glass. All in all, a full meal for 3 with apps, booze and pizza was just less than 60$. That is pretty incredible!

Always a pleasant experience at Famoso and it never disappoints in terms of their delicious flavor and their most welcoming service. The server was really friendly and sweet and she made sure we got everything we need and on time. Christmas decor was so beautiful, I never wanted to leave the place. We went for a make your own pizza and it turned out to be super yummy including the light and perfectly balanced crust. Great work guys! Always recommend.
