My son had an appointment and we were running 10 minutes behind. While driving there the Dental Assistant 'Paul" called me and said if we weren't there in 5 minutes we would not be able to be seen. We got there in time ( Well at least where they use to be) only to discover that they had moved and not informed anyone other than posting an ad in the paper. I called back and Kenny said it was to late that we could not be seen and they would be charging me a $20.00 no show fee. I said I wanted to talk to Dr Ayers but she refused and stated that they would charge me and she was fir\m on that... Her office manager is very polite but the rest of them have no manners and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy... Stay far far away,

I have been going to this dentist my whole life. I admit she did not have good bed side manners to start but she has changed sooooo much. I just went back after not being there for 5 years. My recent experience ws great. She works fast so I was in and out before my appt. time! (i showed up early). I highly recommend those who did not like her before to try her again. :D

Dr. Ayers is extremely rude and not at all patient with children. My 7 year old daughter needed a cavity filled and Dr. Ayers attempted to fill it without numbing her first. When my daughter started crying, Dr. Ayers got mad at her and yelled at her to sit still. Needless to say, we switched dentists immediately. The new dentist did xrays and found that my daughter had 3 other cavities that Dr. Ayers said nothing about. Dr. Ayers is not a child friendly dentist and I strongly recommend anyone with kids to not take them to her.

My son went in with a sore mouth 6 months after he had a filling done there. She never even looked at his mouth and proceded to clean his teeth. She said it was just adult teeth coming in and he needed to deal with it. Take some pain medication. While cleaning the teeth she was so busy talking she was slipping off the teeth and hitting the gums. He went home with three cuts on his gum. Two days later his gum swelled up and started to drain puss. I took him to another dentist and she said he had an absest tooth becasue of a bad filling. The filling cracked his tooth and created infection. I guess I should be thankfull for the poor cleaning and cuts because that is what allowed the infection to start draining. She never looked to see why he was in pain or how any of his teeth were doing. Never ever go to this dentist.

Terrible Place!!! When I called to make an appointment for my 6 year old I specifically asked if they were good with children because my daughter had a bad experience at a dentist office prior. The lady on the phone told me they were wonderful. We got there and the Dentist Nancy was extremly rude- Looked at my daughters tooth and said she needed to get a filling. We come back to get the filling and my daughter was scared. Instead of the dentist trying to calm her down she got really upset and started yelling at my daughter. She was yelling extremly loud and scarig her even more- so my daughter then refused to open her mouth. The dentist then stood up and SLAMMED the tools on the tray and said I am NOT DEALING with this, and walked out of the room. So we left & never came back to this place again.
