Dr. Chapel and his assistant Kris (sorry for spelling) were amazing! Knocked out all my treatment in one visit to make it convenient for me. So kind and funny, I enjoyed every bit of my appointment with them. Thank you to hygienist Megan as well (and assistant amber). Your team members are superb and front desk and billing was kind and helpful. Simply extraordinary. Thanks guys

I enjoy going to this dentist office. They make you feel like family and at the same time you are getting the most professional and up to date care. In the past when I've had a family emergency in another state and a dental problem at the same time, they fit me in and took care of everything in one day so I had one less thing to deal with while traveling.

Great people - good guidance on how to keep my teeth in good health. Best part was, after my cleaning I️ had to have a small filling and Dr. Chappell was able to fit me in right then, saved me a ton of time to not have to schedule a separate appointment. You can’t go wrong with Family First!

Just did my first appointment to get an X-ray of a tooth that I previously got a root canal for. After getting a root canal and crown at my other dentist my tooth continued to have pressure sensitivity. I've been searching for a new dentist to fix that problem as well as become my new dentist for the future. I was referred to by a coworker who said she goes here and had a root canal done and was not in pain. The people here were very understanding, welcoming, and professional. I was given a prescription for antibiotics just in case the abscess would flare up before getting a re-treatment done in January when my insurance kicks in. Dr Newell himself was awesome for a first appointment. He told me my options and made me feel really comfortable about the process. Of course my appointment was limited because I didn't actually get anything done yet so stay tuned. I told the staff continually that I'm aware this is out of network but I will pay money if the service is right and if I'm taken care of.

First time going to a dentist in Anchorage and Family First Dentistry made it an easy experience! The staff was super friendly, just like all the reviews had mentioned, and very accommodating! Super impressed and confident I made the right choice choosing them :)
