Anchorage bty DENTAL

I have some fear of pain and discomfort for the dentist and put it off for years until I finally went a few days ago. Arnold & Dr. Jones made sure that I was taken care of and comfortable. The service was outstanding and I'm scheduled to go back next week, which I am actually excited about. HANDS DOWN the BEST dental experience I've ever had in my life. Highly recommend the Arctic & 36th location as well as Arnold & Dr. Jones as a team.

Went to the office on Dimond & Old Seward office...Dr Mark & his assistants Emily and Sydney were super friendly and made the whole visit for me and my son go by smoothly. Love how they're open late to accommodate my work schedule...

Everyone is always so nice! They greet you instantly and want to help you right away. When I came back in December for the first time, they explained everything and asked if I had any special concerns or anything of that sort, which made me feel extra comfortable because I haven't always liked the dentist. I appreciate everyone so much! Thank y'all for making my experience amazing!!

The staff (Dr. Cha, Tracy, and Kira) were helpful and knowledgeable, and did their best to make us comfortable. Dr. Cha made the extraction as quick and painless as possible - it literally took five seconds. However, twice now we've had to wait more than 20 minutes past our appointment time to even get in the exam room. Timeliness not this office's strength. Also, no TV's in the rooms - this would really help with keeping the kiddo calm.

I have read so many wonderful reviews about BTY. One of the reasons I wanted to explore the experience, but of all days I guess the day I decided to go everything changed. I did not enjoy my time there. I waited in the back at least an hour before I was worked on. When the person showed up, they examined my mouth, got up to inform another, which came to tell me about procedures I may need. Really? Could you have not told me that in person? Anyway. Now it's time to start what I initially came in for, teeth cleaning. The worst cleaning ever. I left thinking, "Damn" either I just got played, or everyone else is being played because that was "POOR SERVICE." THE PERSON DID NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO FLOSS MY TEETH. If that was the BTY experience everyone loves so much, then it is not for me. I have experienced far better service than what was provided. I would not recommend the BTY I witnessed to anybody. I will never go there again. P.S. This is the first review I have ever written.
