I became a medical patient here 13 years ago and a dental patient some years later. On day 1, I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and we quickly brought it under control. Everyone is friendly and willing to help from the front desk on. They are community heath center and take virtually all insurance including medicare and medicaid. Self payers may qualify for their sliding scale based on income. They offer free childcare during appointments, one only needs to make a prior reservation. This is not a low cost, low quality operation; it is low cost, high quality. For example they use a electronic medical record that you can access though Patient portal. You can review you record including lab results on-line ' send a message to your provider, have your provider renew prescriptions, and more. All 24/7/365. They offer Medical, Dental, Behavioral Heath, and Family support. I just love Families First!

My family switched our healthcare to Families First a year ago because office errors were continually being made with our health insurance. Between all of my families Dr.'s it was costing us time and money. We decided to switch our entire family over to FF for our Dr.'s, Dentist and other needs. We couldn't be happier! Our family now can rest-easy that whatever happens with the health insurance industry we will have the guidance of FF to help us along the way. This piece-of-mind is priceless to our family ♡

I am a volunteer dentist in the Families First Dental Clinic. Its a joy to participate in serving people who have difficulty accessing care elsewhere. Oftentimes, our patients present with multiple problems-- only some of them dental-- and the staff does its best to meet their needs. What a wonderful group of compassionate, generous-spirited, light-hearted health care providers with a most worthy mission.

When we lived in the seacoast area, my husband and I were thrilled to discover the parenting classes offered at Families First. Our daughter was small, and could join the other kids in play while we parents met and had the chance to share experiences and frustrations. We watched videos about parenting techniques, had expert speakers, and generally supported each other through the early years of parenting. I sincerely believe that Families First contributed to our successful, happy children. We would not be the strong family that we are without those classes and the support of the Families First educators--I wish they could be available to every new parent.
