I don’t understand what origin of food this place serves. Didn’t seem Indian or Pakistani, the mutton curry was extremely salty that it almost killed my appetite for other items, the chicken entrees wasn’t great at all, chunks of chicken that were merely marinated and probably sautéed or grilled and served and the biryani had nothing great about it. The place’s food might not be great but their staff is!
Thanks to everyone at Falak, our holiday party at work was a success as everyone loved your food. It was delicious! Everything was ready for pick up early and it was warm, spicy, plentiful, etc. We had beef and veggie samosas, 2 kinds of naan and puri, safron rice, 3 entrees - butter chicken, chicken tikka and a lamb entree. So much food, but it was a hit. So many had never ever tried Indian food, now they have been converted. We will be back! Well done! Thank you Masood! Vegetarian options: We loved the veggie samosas!

Classy banquet hall with vintage chandeliers and exceptional decor. The host and staff are professional and went above and beyond to make our event a success. They even made sure to provide us a partition and backdrop which highlights their level of customer service and commitment. Unfortunately, the layout is not fundraiser friendly due to it’s unique narrow design but it is more suitable for all other types of functions. The samosa chaat was a delicacy and the chai had me going back for refills. There is ample parking, and the host is a genuine and sincere person so I will gladly recommend them to anyone looking to organize an event.
Me and my family came in to try the buffet they had for the first time and we had a great experience. The halwa puri was awesome and they had a great variety of dishes to choose from. Some of the food with more gravy was a little salty though. The staff is also amazing, always looking for dishes to refill, and clean up after customers. Great experience!

Chicken Kabobs: Super spicy and no other flavors. Kadai Ghost: horrible hard meat with so much meat fat. Goat Biryani: flavor was good but hardly any meat. Bones fragments all over like you are eating in some village where people don’t care. I’ll give a single star as the quality is not there for the price we are paying.
My family and I had a wonderfully pleasant dining experience at the brunch buffet. Everything was very fresh, delicious and clean. Highly recommend the pakora, naan, butter chicken and dal. Customer service was very friendly and welcoming. Will be returning!
The owner of this restaurant has a good name around Chicago but extremely disappointed with the experience at this restaurant. Always make sure the check is accurate. I'm only giving one star because the food had flavor but it was cold. Only the biryani was hot. Too many negatives and where do I begin. The meat platter is about $54 but the amount of meat and rice that comes with it, should be around $27. In the description it says that it serves 4 people, honestly, it serves probably between 2 to 3 people. Not enough so called a bed of rice. I even asked the server if we can have more rice and she went inside and asked someone and came back and told me that the platter only gets this amount of rice Desi thinking. This is not the answer I was looking for. Just bring more rice and charge me, I'm fine with that. I'm paying a ridiculous price for the platter anyway. Not to mention you have to order Naan separately, which should be part of the platter. I placed a separate order to go and they included that in the bill and charged me tip for that item also. As always desi restaurants are never consistent and continuing to be a total disappointment.
The Food Was Good and The New Management Is Experienced Too. Price is little moderate but worth it for Pakistani and Indian cuisine. They Have Recently Hired an Iranian Chef And Have Some Iranian Dishes On The Menu As Well. One Should Try. They Also Have Catering Services, along with Huge Banquet Hall.
