I ordered goat nihari, Naan, Haleem and biryani. I shouldn’t say but the food was stale and nihari was with all skin and one bone see the photo attached I would recommend people to please avoid this place, the customer service was extremely bad and rude. Please save your money and only order quality food from other restaurants. I informed them the food was not nice the guy over the counter told me that the chef is unhygienic. The choice is yours be healthy or eat unhealthy food biryani point serve. If you ask me, NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! Very disappointing.
After receiving message from you sending you the pictures of your food. Its reeskh from Allah, I don't need to make up story for reeskh what we work hard. Tremendously disappointed at their place this was our second time visit. First it was good food even their price are very high. If they say because of pandemic they higher the price then they should give enough food to their customers also not enough for one person. We spend $100 which just wasted. Only haleem was good to be order other then nothing. Their food is not cooked as it supposed to be. Order brain fry. They just boiled the brain in water and did not remove the web from brain and the gravy was not even cooked thoroughly onion was just like that chopped and they add the brain in two pieces. Order kofta to go which was a big huge Chuck of kofta which suppose to be in small meat balls. And mutton korma beef was hard as very old cooked leftover beef was added in korma heavy. And put in the small containers which was not enough for one person. But for charging they have to make sure to their desire.
The food was excellent and the owner was quite nice : We ordered Butter chicken, Chicken Biryani, Chicken Samosatad pricey and had Mango Lassi. I'm Pakistani-American and live in an area without much Asian food, so when I came up to the Greater Chicago Area I was really craving excellent authentic Biryani, and Butter Chicken to round off. My expectations were exceeded, and it really hit the spot!
Honestly... for the price? I wasn't happy. $17+ for the single box mutton biryani and the quality of rice and meat wasn't pleasant at all. For the same price you put your taste buds on fire at "Hyderabad House" on West Devon street.
Ordered a full tray of biryani to take to a family who lost their loved one. The biryani was beyond belief the worst ever ordered. There was no color to biryani, felt like it was white rice with gravy, the masala was very less, the rice were under cooked. Extremely embarrassed when we opened the tray. People around showed emotions of frowning. Will never order from them again, I would also suggest that you do your research before ordering. Called and complained, first the owner said ok we will give you another tray..called the next day and said no because he asked other customers who took the biryani that day as well.. there were no other complains per him. I don’t believe it. This is not good customer service. Extremely bad service. Also, they are very pricey.. shahi biryani has full tray for $95 and much better than them. I wish I knew I wouldn’t have ordered from here. Never again!
I had one of the worst experience dining here. Food was not fresh, We ordered haleem, nihari payaa, biryani, Apollo fish. Haleem: which is like almost eating a black pepper soup. nihari paya: which tasted like a regular gravy and paya was not even cooked well. Biryani: it looks like it was cooked 1 day before and they just warmed up Apollo fish: it was ok And lastly the service it was below average. Dietary restrictions: Very poor
I went to Biryani Point for dinner last night with my friends, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The service was terrible - our waiter was extremely rude and didn't seem to care about us at all. The food was also terrible - the haleem was dry and bland, and the naan was cold and greasy. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Biryani point is the worst place I have ever eaten at. The food was absolutely terrible and they even managed to spoil my dinner. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
I recently visited Biryani Point restaurant and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Firstly, the service was incredibly slow and route.I had high hopes for Indian Haleem,biryani paya,but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory Don't give order this restaurant.
Am basically a foodie.few days ago I visited this biryani point. I tried nan with butter chicken .what can I say,it's amazing . Food is so delicious.will try here whenever possible.
Food was delivered cold. It was under cooked and too spicy. Not a fan at all. I called twice to check up. Staff was professional but didn't care about my concerns. So disappointing. I was looking forward to this. So so so sad. This was not at all what I thought. I am so sorry that this happened. I wanted so bad to like it. It was bad.
