My poor kitty had a fall last night and getting ahold of the vet at Fairvale Animal Hospital was super easy. Even though it was 10pm on a Sunday night, there was someone there. She was very calm and reassuring on the phone and made me feel that it was my choice whether or not to bring the cat in (I didn't feel pressured one way or the other). When I arrived we were seen promptly even though it was obviously quite busy! I felt the vet on call did an excellent job of examining the cat and took her time to explain to me what she was doing and why, and what to look out for overnight and in the days to come. I felt it was a really good visit and that my cat was in great hands. Excellent service, even late at night on a Sunday. I hope to have this vet as our regular one in the future - hopefully no more late night emergencies. :) Thank you Fairvale Animal Hospital for the excellent care.

Excellent! I bring all my pets to this clinic. I am always confident my furry family will receive the best care possible and the Vets and support staff are always great. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in area.

Terrible, heartless service. I called about an injured bird I had found lying in the road (broken foot) and I was told to just put it back and "let nature take its course" (how long would it take to die of a broken leg???? SERIOUSLY) or bring it in ($60 to walk thru the door then the cost of x-rays and any other needs) What happened to helping nature? Why is everything about money? Id would (and will) rather spend the money on gas and drive 6 hrs to and from the Atlantic Wildlife Rescue and have him go to a place where they actually care about animals and not a paycheck. Pretty sad.
