Exceptional, professional service and care of my dog and his owners. My puppy required emergency surgery. Dr. Caines and her staff took exceptional care of him before, during and after his surgery. Everything was explained well, all our questions were answered in detail and my dog was treated with care and respect. We cannot say enough about Avenue Animal Clinic, Dr. Caines and her staff.

Absolutely excellent. We have taken a number of dogs there in the last 23 years and always had the best of care. Even savings one dog's life after we had received very bad vet advice at another practice. They have been very understanding and compassionate while helping us put down 3 of our animals over the years. I have interacted with all the vets there and they have been nothing but caring, compassionate and professional. Sometimes it is hard to hear the truth about your pet and its ability to recover or not, but they have always explained every option available and supported our final decision on treatment.

In one word AMAZING! Avenue Animal Hospital is where everyone should bring their fur babies. I have two dogs and four cats and the staff there has treated them like one of their own! They are amazingly kind and compassionate. I have been through so much with my fur babies and through everything they have always been there and have even provided helpful advice for me after hours. I can't say thank you enough for everything Avenue Animal Hospital staff has done for me but thank you from the bottom of my heart!

100% pleased with the level of care. All of the staff were kind and helpful. If it wasn't for Dr. Otoworski and her caring colleagues, our cat Pepper would have had to have been put down 2.5 years prematurely. She never gave up and we are forever grateful for her. She cares and it shows. We were also very pleased with Dr. Caines who was exceptional when Pepper was no longer able to fight. She put her down so peacefully. She made a horrible experience as good as it could possibly have been, and this was late on a Sunday evening, after she had multiple calls over the weekend and was admittedly tired, she still managed to be so gentle and comfort us. We will continue to take our pets to Avenue Animal Hospital for the rest of our days. They are wonderful.

I have 2 dogs and 4 cats and every one of them goes to this Vet. The service the 3 Veterinarians that work here have been giving me amazing service and advise for over 10 years, on one occasion the advise I was given even saved my oldest dogs life. If you are looking for an amazing Vet that is very very fair on what they charge for the amazing job they do this is where the place you want to trust your animals to, these people really care about helping making your animals better.
