They had a special for Monday nights that included an hour of bowling, a bucket of beer, and pizza for $50 that was very clearly advertised on their website. I emailed them asking to book it, but they told me they wanted $75. When I reminded them what was very clearly advertised on their website they stopped responding to my emails. I tried calling them again Monday afternoon before my friends and I were hoping to bowl and they told me they wanted $79/hour for just bowling and no pizza or beer. Within the span of a week, they raised their price twice. Pretty disappointing experience and I'd expect a higher level of professionalism from a respected brand like the Fairmont.
Went for the SuperBowl party and sat off to the side because it was busy as expected. We ordered the party Game day platter $35 and a few beers....it was horrendous. The only edible thing on the platter was the pretzel. The wings were soggy... Like fall off the bone soggy.. Disgusting. Everything else was cold and hard. Honestly I understand it was busy but still, what the heck was that? Never again. Second meal at the Fairmont that was sub par for the cost of the hotel and food in Banff.
When you consider the price this is the worst bowling ever. They play free Spotify with ads. It smells like burnt bar food. The lanes are EXTREMELY worn and the pins/machines are very old. You pay by the hour and watch the pins try to untangle themselves then need to get the staff to fix it. Often the pins don't come down correctly and the staff just said to throw a ball, which isn't ideal since the messed up pins count incorrectly on the scores. The reset button just doesn't do anything. Then the balls get stuck and don't come back, so the staff also need to take the covers off and fish all the balls out.
The best time! Family friendly place with modern and fun atmosphere. Would be an awesome date spot or night out with friends as well. Owner was very thoughtful and friendly. Worth every dollar. Will be back 100%
Great little hidden gem. It's not huge but proved to be a great spot to take the kids for a distraction in the middle of the weekend. It was clean and service was friendly and helpful.
Four lanes of great fun! The old computerized score keeper works great with this 5-pin bowling alley. Also ping-pong tables and pool tables here.
Very expensive and poor beer selection but not many options when it's-32
Great little alley. Food was very good. Pizza, wings, veggies and dips all came very quick and taste great. Pool table, pingpong and lounge areas are great as well. Perfect for families, or large groups. Dre is the Man!!! And boy can he bowl!!!!
Nice place to visit at least once.
it is slanted so your ball always goes off and it isnt hygeinic as it gave my sister food poisoning and there isnt even sods
