Fairfield County Allergy: Sproviero Joseph F MD

I went to him to get tested for gluten and tomatoes.. he asked me what else i know i am allergic to &’ what happens when i eat them so i told him. then he told me he was going to test me for things that i already knew i was allergic to. then when i asked him to test me for gluten and tomatoes he told me there was no test for gluten which is whatever but then i asked him to test me for tomatoes &’ he told me no....... i just had tomatoes after weeks of avoiding them to test it out &’ now my tongue is irritated. i do not recommend this doctor &’ i will NOT be going back. he also told me that whatever happened to me the reason i went there was not an allergic reaction &’ reccomended me to an ENT. But then when i looked at the review sheet that i got from his office after my appointment, the sheet said it was an allergic reaction.

We have been seeing Dr. Sproviero for the last 2.5 years for my oldest daughter now 5 who has asthma. He is honest, knowledgeable and straight to point. Exactly what we need.
